The Back Office Executive will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This individual will be the backbone of the office, handling a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks, including entering, updating, and maintaining records
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and documents
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Handling basic accounting and financial tasks
- Assisting colleagues as needed
