Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Monitor customer satisfaction and make recommendations for improvements
- Generate reports on customer interactions and feedback
- Stay up to date on industry trends and customer preferences
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
