As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates for blue and grey collar job opportunities, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews with senior recruiters.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions
- Schedule interviews with senior recruiters for qualified candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the database
- Provide timely feedback to candidates regarding their application status
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth candidate experience
