Role: Telecaller
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales
- Following up with leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team
- Providing information about products or services and answering any questions
- Maintaining a database of customer details and follow-up actions
- Achieving targets set by the team lead or manager
- Handling customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
