Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Officer to drive vendor engagement and expansion across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing vendor relationships and creating new vendor partnerships to support our staffing solutions nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new vendors across various regions in India to expand our staffing network.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing vendors to ensure service excellence and continued collaboration.
Develop and implement strategies to increase vendor base, ensuring coverage across all key markets.
Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and industry trends.
Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements with vendors to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor capabilities with client requirements.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Prepare regular reports on vendor activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build a strong vendor community.
Requirements:
Proven experience in vendor management, business development, or sales within staffing or related industries.
Strong understanding of the Indian staffing and vendor ecosystem.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel across India as required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
