Telecaller Outbound

As a Telecaller Outbound, your primary role will be to make outbound calls to potential candidates for blue and grey collar job openings. You will be responsible for effectively communicating job opportunities, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews with our recruitment team. This role requires a proactive and energetic individual who can communicate clearly and persuasively over the phone.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss job openings
- Provide information about job requirements and responsibilities
- Screen candidates based on job criteria
- Schedule interviews for qualified candidates with our recruitment team
- Maintain accurate records of all communication with candidates
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for number of calls made and interviews scheduled
