Role:
As a TeleMarketing representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote products or services, schedule appointments, and generate leads for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce products/services
- Explain product features and benefits to potential customers
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system
- Meet weekly and monthly call quotas to contribute to the overall sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads

- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections
