Role: HR Executive
Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and interview candidates for blue and grey collar job positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine job requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications
- Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and job fairs
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and effectiveness of strategies
- Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR

- Experience working with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to blue and grey collar jobs
