Security Guard Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Security Guard Supervisor to oversee our security team and ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and a proven track record of effectively managing a team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
- Train new security guards and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor and maintain security of the premises
- Respond to emergencies and alarms in a timely and efficient manner
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Prepare and submit reports on security incidents and activities
