Telecaller

We are currently seeking a Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to inform them about our products and services and schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle high call volumes effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products and services
- Explain product features and benefits to customers
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with interested customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer any questions
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled

Good to have:
- Previous experience in a sales or telemarketing role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
