Position â Customer Relationship Executive -01 Nos

Location â Noida Sector-63

Experience 1- 3- years of proven experience in Customer handling or customer support In manufacturing industry.
Compensation â 1.92lacs -2.10 lacs
Only Females Required
Education â Graduate In any stream.
Roles and Responsibilities

â¢ Customer Handling, Resolving queries, over the call.
â¢ Develop customer as well as client relationships.
â¢ Regularly Follow's up of Employees working in remote locations.
â¢ Day to day wise work planning with team.
â¢ Coordination with CRM team for Pre and post service requirements
â¢ Preparation of monthly, weekly and daily progress reports and closing customer queries.
