Experience 1- 3- years of proven experience in Customer handling or customer support In manufacturing industry.
Compensation â 1.92lacs -2.10 lacs

Education â Graduate In any stream.
Roles and Responsibilities
⢠Customer Handling, Resolving queries, over the call.
⢠Develop customer as well as client relationships.
⢠Regularly Follow's up of Employees working in remote locations.
⢠Day to day wise work planning with team.
⢠Coordination with CRM team for Pre and post service requirements
⢠Preparation of monthly, weekly and daily progress reports and closing customer queries.
