Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential candidates for blue and grey collar job opportunities within the industry. You will play a key role in connecting with individuals, determining their qualifications and interest in specific roles, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

1. Cold calling potential candidates to inform them about job opportunities
2. Screening candidates based on their qualifications and job requirements
3. Scheduling interviews with hiring managers
4. Providing information about the company and job roles to candidates
5. Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future opportunities
6. Following up with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
