Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates and clients over the phone to discuss job opportunities and services provided by our agency. Your primary goal will be to effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with us and to generate leads for our recruitment team.

Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential candidates and clients to discuss job opportunities.
2. Provide information about our services and answer any questions they may have.
3. Collect and update contact information in our database.
4. Follow up with leads and track progress in a timely manner.
5. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
