Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles â including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely closures.
Handle employee relations activities, including basic conflict handling, coordination with reporting managers, and support in performance tracking.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and applicable labor laws.
Coordinate and support leave management, basic payroll inputs, and employee benefit administration.
Conduct and support employee induction, engagement activities, and internal training sessions.
Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HR databases regularly.
Contribute to HR reporting and analytics, assisting in tracking recruitment metrics and employee data.
Stay informed about current HR trends, tools, and best practices in the recruitment and staffing industry.
