Back Office Executive:
Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing company records, data, and documentation
- Processing employee timesheets, payroll, and expenses
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and emails
- Assisting with inventory management and order processing
- Coordinating with other departments for administrative support
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Providing general administrative support to the team
