Telecaller

We are seeking a Telecaller to join our team in the blue grey collar industry. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential employees via phone calls to inform them about job opportunities, schedule interviews, and provide necessary information about the roles available.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates using a provided list of leads
- Provide information about job opportunities and requirements to interested candidates
- Schedule interviews for qualified candidates with our recruitment team
- Maintain a database of candidate information and follow up on leads
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process
