Job Description:- Number of positions: 20 Experience: 2 to 3 Years Location: Delhi NCR ( Candidate will work from his home region only)
Specification: ● We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive with minimum of 2 years experience in medical sales to help us build up our business activities. ● Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects with chemists, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. ● Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities : ● Visit 25 Chemists daily as per the schedule provided by the company. ● Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. ● Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. ● Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. ● Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. ● Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role. ● Proficiency in English (Written and Spoken). ● Excellent knowledge of MS Office. ● Own Two Wheeler and Own Android Phone in good working condition is a must. ● Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus. ● Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. ● Fast learner and passion for sales. ● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. ● Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. ● University degree.
Salaries: ● Basic Salary: Rs 12,000.00 ● Daily Allowance: Rs. 250/Day ● HRA: Rs. 3,000 ● Working Days: Monday to Saturday ● Holidays: Sunday and Government Declared Public Holidays ● Attractive Incentives in addition
