ð Job Role Summary
A Data Entry Operator in the banking/finance sector is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining financial and customer data in the system. This role supports smooth back-office operations and ensures compliance with banking procedures.
ð§¾ Key Responsibilities
Enter customer details, KYC data, and account information into banking software
Verify and update financial records (loans, accounts, transactions)
Maintain databases with high accuracy and confidentiality
Process forms related to accounts, loans, insurance, etc.
Cross-check data with documents to avoid errors
Generate reports and MIS (Management Information System)
Handle scanned documents and digital records
Support back-office and branch operations
ð§ Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, typing)
Good typing speed (30â40 WPM preferred)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of banking/financial terms
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Data confidentiality and integrity awareness
ð Qualification
Minimum: 12th pass or Graduate
Basic computer course (preferred)
ð° Salary (India â Approx)
Fresher: â¹10,000 â â¹15,000/month
Experienced: â¹15,000 â â¹25,000/month
