A Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support. They are the first point of contact for clients and help maintain a professional office environment.

Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage the reception area and maintain a professional environment.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain visitor records and log books.
Handle incoming and outgoing mails or couriers.
Assist with basic office administrative tasks.
