Role: Associate
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for blue grey collar jobs within designated industries
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support
- Manage job postings on various platforms and networks to attract top talent
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Keep detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions and job placements
- Provide timely updates to all stakeholders on recruitment progress and status
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Good to have:
- Experience in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment
