NAPS Trainee

As a NAPS Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment and placement of candidates for blue and grey collar jobs. This role will involve working closely with clients and candidates to understand their requirements and preferences, and matching suitable candidates to job opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings
- Coordinate interviews and assessments for potential candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed
- Assist in the onboarding process for newly placed candidates
- Keep updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
