The Alfa Associate will play a key role in recruiting and hiring candidates for blue and grey collar job positions. The individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our clients. The Alfa Associate will also be involved in building strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for specific job openings
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition for both the candidate and client
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in our applicant tracking system
- Collaborate with team members to meet hiring goals and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates
