QUALIFICATION : BE MECHANICAL / DIPLOMA MECHANICAL :
WORK EXPERIENCE : ABOVE 2-5 YEARS IN HVAC PROJECTS AND INSTALLATION
SKILLS :
TEAM PLAYER, CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT, OPEN TO TRAVEL, SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTERS, EASY TO APPROACH BY TEAM MEMBERS, CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.
PROJECT KNOWLEDGE : SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT DUCTING, PIPING, VALVE, ACTUATORS, PUMPS, AHU, FCU, SPLITS, DUCTABLE UNITS, VRV AND VAV SYSTEMS.
END TO END PROJECT HANDLING IS THE KEY TO SUCCESSFUL PROJECT ENGINEER.
Strong Personal Computer capabilities in MS Office (excel, word, power point), Adobe Writer, Visio and basic Windows environment .
Travel is required and will vary on project assignment.
Projects may exist outside of assigned geography.
Remodel and tenant improvement types of projects.
Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems.
Must have the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
Only South Zone Is Hired From KARNATAKA, T.N, Kerala.
Gulf Country Experience No Needed.
