Telecalling and Backend sales
Job Description.
 Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
 Answer queries of the customer about the products or the company.
 Probe (ask) questions to understand the requirements and close the sales.
 Enter and update customer information in the database.
 Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
 Keep records of calls, sales and note useful information.
 Must be comfortable in presenting the products and services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
 Keep record of calls made and results achieved

Note : Only Female candidates are preferred

Educational Qualification:
• Any Graduation.
