As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the blue grey collar jobs industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry and paperwork related to job postings, candidate information, and client details
- Maintain and update databases on a regular basis
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews and assessments for candidates
- Communicate with clients and candidates via email and phone to provide updates and support
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation
- Ensure all documentation and information is organized and easily accessible
