We are looking for an energetic, goal driven Customer Support Representatives for our organisation who are looking for a long-term career in this role and always eager to help customers. You should be patient, empathetic, and passionate communicators. Someone who love to talk, and understand the importance of good communication skills. Your goal as a CSR will be to foster long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:-
Provide software training to our clients.
Address all queries of customer related to our software, accounts or GST efficiently.
Skilled at troubleshooting and investigating if they lack enough information to answer customer questions or resolve their queries.
Ability to handle phone calls confidently and listen actively. Effective time management, multitasking, and prioritizing abilities.
Providing effective solutions and alternatives to customer queries within specified timeframes. Going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:-
Good in understanding accounting regulations and basics of GST.
Proficient in MSOffice
Knowledge of SQL will be a plus point.
*Education* - Graduate In Commerce Stream (B.Com, BAF, BFA, BMS, etc)
Experience - Minimum 6 Months To 5 Years.
Office Location - Lower Parel (East), Mumbai 400 0011
Timings - Mon To Sat, 10.00 am to 07.00 pm
