Job Description: Sales Promoter Luminous – CROMA
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Promoter to represent our brand at modern trade stores. The primary responsibility will be to drive product sales, engage with customers, and ensure our products are prominently displayed and promoted effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement
Approach and engage with customers in the store to promote the brand.
Educate customers about product features, benefits, and offers.
Address customer inquiries and provide product recommendations based on their needs.
Sales Target Achievement
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Product Display and Merchandising
Ensure products are displayed neatly and as per brand guidelines.
Manage stock levels and replenish products on shelves as required.
Coordinate with the store team for prime shelf placements and promotional displays.
Promotions and Demonstrations
Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase key features.
Promote ongoing discounts, offers, and loyalty programs.
Market Insights and Reporting
Collect feedback from customers about the product and its performance.
Provide regular updates to the sales team regarding customer trends, competitor activity, and stock status.
Compliance and Representation
Adhere to store policies and procedures while representing the brand.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the brand’s image.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in modern trade with work ex of rekated brands Battery, Inverter, Solar, Electricals.
