Station Support Associate - Short Term
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process for blue and grey collar jobs, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future job openings
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential hires
- Communicate job offers and negotiate terms with candidates
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the hiring process
- Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment projects
