Job Description

Operates and maintains punch machine and all related duties and responsibilities associated with running the machine.

Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints or samples to understand specifications and ensure accurate production.

Takes precise measurements of tooling for machine tool data.

Select, build, align and load tooling into machine based on program and material requirements.

Clean and lubricate tools as required.

Plans shift to ensure accurate completion of jobs per production schedule.

Monitors production, adjusting feed and other settings as necessary.

Check output to ensure consistency with inputs.

Identifies need for and performs machine maintenance and minor repairs.

Maintains a safe and clean workstation.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Confer with engineering, supervisory, and manufacturing personnel in order to exchange technical information and plan for upcoming jobs

Desired Candidate profile

Experience as trumpF machine operator, basic programming skill in TRuTops boost.

Tools setting knowledge is a must.
