Role: IT Support
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and other peripheral devices
- Maintain and update IT inventory, including tracking assets and software licenses
- Collaborate with IT team to implement and support technology initiatives
- Assist with security measures, including antivirus software updates and firewall configurations
- Train users on basic IT procedures and best practices
- Document and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Stay current on trends and developments in technology to provide informed support
Good to have:
- A degree in information technology or related field
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
