Job Description
We are looking for candidates joining us as Promotion Sales in Mumbai. The salary for the role would range from 30000 to 35000.
Responsibilities:
Call quality monitoring
Sharing observations via email of any red flag in the call or any misinformation given to client.
Observing & Identifying miss sells and right information given on any equity Jargon.
Keeping a check on CRM usage of each agent.
Requirements:
Graduate with 2 – 3 yrs experience as a Quality Analyst- Voice.
Quality Analyst with sales experience will be preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and issue resolution.
Outstanding written and verbal communication.
