We are looking for candidates joining us as Customer Care Executive in Bengaluru. The salary for the role would range from 15000 to 20000.
1. Communicating key parameters like details of interest rate and processing fee charges, due date, repayment amount, penalty amounts, mode of repayment etc to the loan customers.
2. Detailing transaction related details like available payment modes, how to make payments through these modes.
3. Resolving customer queries related to loan disbursal, loan repayments etc.
