As a Senior Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the recruitment team and assisting in all aspects of the hiring process. Your role will involve coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and maintaining candidate databases.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for blue and grey collar job positions
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding their application status
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and job postings
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Assist in organizing job fairs, recruiting events, and other recruitment activities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recommend suitable candidates
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
