Role: Production Staffing Recruiter (PSR)
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for blue and grey collar positions in the production industry
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage job postings on various platforms and engage with potential candidates
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to stakeholders
