Role: NAPS Trainee
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for blue and grey collar jobs
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and fill positions in a timely manner
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Assist in onboarding processes and provide support to new hires
- Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets and goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in blue and grey collar recruitment
