Position Name: - Field Sales Executive
About Role: -
• Candidates have to work on managing channel partners daily to meet sales in a defined territory. Meet the personnel to generate targeted business.
• Build an excellent relationship with all concerned personnel and should meet all service and sales-related requirements for the assigned branches.
• The person should be comfortable in dialing the numbers daily with the borrowers for channel partners or support to branch personnel.
• Maintain weekly reports on the outcome of interactions with the customers. Will be able to handle/solve queries from relationships
• Prepare conversion report on a fortnightly basis to share with NRMs/RRMs
• Managing branch audit and able to train on products, process and process documentation for branch personal
• Should have a target-based mindset and be ready to face new challenges.

Eligibility Requirements: -
• Experience: - Candidate should have a minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in field sales (preferably in insurance or finance sales)
• Qualification: - Graduate candidates with a minimum of 60% of marks in any 2 academics. (No educational gap will be considered)
• Location: - Mumbai. Candidates should be flexible to travel as well. It’s an on-site job
• Package: - Upto 5lacs/ annum.
• Communication Skills: - Candidate should have fluency in English communication. Local language knowledge will also be preferable.
Skills Required: -
• The candidate should have very fluent communication in English. Knowing local languages will also be preferable. Must have good interpersonal skills to build a relationship with customers.
• Must be a target-oriented and self-motivated person with a go-getter attitude.
• Must be comfortable traveling in different locations of branch territory
