Customer Care Associate - To assist the store manager to achieve the desired sales targets while
ensuring the customer service of highest standards

Effective Customer Service
 Is responsible for following guidelines as Specified in brand
standards.
 No. of CRM Enrollments per month & Data Accuracy
 Effectiveness of New initiatives taken to impact customer
service
Manage store operations
 Maintains consistency in store operating Hours
 Ensures that store opening standards are Completed before
opening
 Ensure effective display and quicker refill without spoiling the
garments
Ensure Visual Merchandising
maintenance
 Maintains visual merchandising standards Pertaining to entire
store
 Ensures the availability of product size ranges on shop floor
 Maintains store housekeeping guideline"
