1. Customer Handling
Handle walk-in customers in branch
Explain banking products (Savings Account, Current Account, FD, Loan, Insurance, Credit Card)
Solve basic customer queries and support service requests
2. Sales & Business Development
Open new accounts (CASA â Current & Savings Account)
Generate leads from market or branch walk-ins
Sell banking products to individuals and businesses
Achieve monthly targets assigned by the bank
3. Customer Acquisition
Find new customers (salaried, business, corporate)
Convert referral leads into business
Maintain customer relationship and retention
4. Branch Coordination
Maintain daily reports and documentation
Coordinate with branch team and support departments
Follow bank rules and compliance process
5. Target & Revenue Focus
Achieve business targets
Support branch revenue and growth
Maintain service quality and productivity
