Telecaller Inbound

We are seeking a Telecaller Inbound to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in blue grey collar industries, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from potential customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Providing information about products or services and converting inquiries into sales opportunities
- Handling customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and efficiency
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and goals

Good to have:
- Previous experience in a similar role within blue grey collar industries
- Knowledge of CRM software and call center technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
