We are currently seeking a Telecaller Inbound for our blue-grey collar industry. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or call center roles and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, and general information
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in all customer interactions
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
