Plan and implement an effective training curriculum
Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
Complete Product, Process training to new joiners
Taking regular tests to evaluate the understanding of New joiners
Proven Experience as 3-6 years as Sale's Trainer
Good at communication skills & confident.
Strong understanding of the product & able to download the whole team.
Fluent in Hindi, English
Handling escalations
Calls Listening & sharing Feedback to employess
Prepare Daily Quality Calls Report & Training Report to Manager
Qualification - Graduate from any stream
