• Achievement of Monthly / Yearly Sales targets
• Recruitment and maintaining Required manpower / Team Size
• Assign and allocate territory to team to ensure daily work and reporting
• Participation in BTL activities - Road Shows / Exhibitions / Camps
• Converting to sales, leads allotted centrally through self and team
• Achieve Sales Targets as per company norms - daily | weekly | monthly individually and through the reporting team
• Ensure consistent performance of each team member by continuous monitoring
• Timely Payment Collections
• Conduct weekly training of team on products, selling skills etc.
