Responsibilities and Duties -->Customer Tech Support -->Responsibility From Raising an issue uptill completion of Tickets. -->Schedule and plan daily calls for service team to complete the tickets within TAT time.
Qualifications and Skills Any Degree / Diploma (Technical Background will be first preference) 1. 3 year+ experience in any customer support voice process 2. Experience in MIS / CRM or Ticketing Software will be an added advantage. 3. English, Hindi and any additional regional language will be an added advantage. 4. Fast learner / Responsive / Collaborative / Team Work
