Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates
- Generate reports and assist with invoicing and billing tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications with clients and candidates
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
