We are hiring a confident and target-oriented Sales Executive for a Real Estate Company in Patna. The candidate will be responsible for customer calling, lead generation, site visit coordination, client follow-up, and closing residential plot/property sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads for residential plots and real estate projects in Patna

Call customers and explain project details, location benefits, pricing, and investment value

Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings

Arrange and coordinate site visits for interested buyers

Follow up with leads and convert them into customers

Maintain daily calling, meeting, and follow-up reports

Build strong relationships with investors, buyers, and channel partners

Achieve monthly sales targets

Support digital marketing, local marketing, and field promotional activities

Good communication skills in Hindi

Basic English knowledge preferred
