Role: Telecaller
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products or services
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Provide information about products or services and answer customer inquiries
- Maintain a database of customer information and call logs
- Meet daily call targets and quotas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure targets are met
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends
- Provide feedback to management on customer responses and product improvements
