coordinating with project manager and the team members
Assign task to field engineers and track, monitor the completion of tasks • All BTS Installation & commissioning.
• VSWR checking, measuring & alarms rectifying.
• Vodafone and Airtel traffic sifting.
• 2G migration, Node-b, LTE, TDD, FDD installations and integration.
• EMF Survey, vodafone quality checking, MR BTS Survey.
• Carrying out the required status changes of BTS from the System in BSC.
• 2G,3G&4G Bts installation and commissioning through laptops.
• Alarm monitoring and fault analysis.
• Getting from CBTHR, certificate from NSN.
• Farmtocli, Medical, Firstaid certificate also.
