1. Engaged in handling calls Inbound Calls For US Travel Process.
2. Ability to work effectively in a team environment Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Converting query calls to sales calls.
5. Ability to Identify Opportunity and Implement Process Improvements
6. Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity, and analysis.
