J.D FOR SALES LEAD GENERATION EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
• Generate leads for the Sales in Meesho.
• Dealing with customers on calls and solve their queries.
• Prospect generation, qualification, process and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create lead generation strategies.
• Achieve appointment and sales lead gen quotas.
• Work with a variety of information sources to help create new sales opportunities and ensure that they are tracked and managed;
• Ensure that customer queries / requirements are managed and satisfied;
• Calling existing clients;
• Responsible for the day-to-day support of the sales force and customers using established ‘relationship management’ processes / systems;
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required;
• Generating new business.
Requirements:
• Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, google programs and social networking tools;
• Work closely within a small sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships with all company colleagues;
• Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude;
• Has highly developed all-round interpersonal skills;
• Good organizational and time management skills with the flexibility to reprioritize as necessary;
• Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets;
• Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
