• Organizing client visits for business development.
• Meeting and greeting clients visiting the offices.
• Following up business leads.
• Comparing properties in the same area and deriving a comparison thereof.
• Suggesting properties with USPs to buyer and resolving their queries.
• Responsible for generating leads for business
Practice and Other Requirements:
• Experience in Real Estate sales is a must (Residential / Commercial projects)
• Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
• Ability to engage and collaborate with others
• Commitment to providing the best customer service
• Proactive mindset, with a strong orientation to drive business results in an agile manner
